• Strategic Business Partner 
- Headcount Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting. 
- Performance Management & People Improvement Plans.
- Talent Acquisition (White Collar &  Blue Collar) + Management Positions.
- Rehab & Health talks and investigations to reduce short term sickness
- Global HR Processes (Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Management, Salary review, Compliance training, GDPR...)

Operational Business Partner
- Employee HR-Support (First point of contact for 200 employees for the Stockholm-Märsta site).
- Daily HR- Support to supervisors, line managers in functional managers. 
- Labor Law & Union Negotiations according to Swedish labor law & collective agreements.
Driving and assisting the  Plant Management Team in disciplinary talks and Personal Improvement actions.
- Driving and updating internal HR policies & procedures, aligning with Global HR Requirements and procedures.

•HR Controlling
- Monthly HR Reporting to Plant Manager & Manager above
- HR Reporting to relevant authorities

ASUS Nordic (Permanent contract)

• Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan and aligning with GLOBAL HR-Requirement from our Head Quarters

• Support the work on local leadership capabilities by counseling on and organizing activities according to agreed development plans
• Contribute to the building of local business competence by supporting managers and co-workers in their efforts to improve according to agreed development plans
• Implement and follow up on the activities identified to develop the relevant offer of ASUS as a local employer
• Contribute to staff cost budget compliance, help to secure a diverse, appropriate staff structure and support the defined business and productivity goals
• Provide support and advice to co-workers and managers with regards to co-worker relations that are in line with the labour relations principles, local policies, procedures and laws

Deputy Head - Home Care Service

Stockholm Region (Own resignation) 

Working for two separate companies TioHundra and Enklare Vardag, both operating under the Stockholm County Region. These positions included the following: Account Manager for your customers (the elderly) and their families, providing the service and support that they had approval for from the government. This included reporting back to the government.

Deputy Head for approx. 50 employees. This included, training, recruitment, disciplinary actions, time keeping, staffing, termination of employees, salary administration appraisals and performance management.
