• HR Business Partner for 100 employees and member of the Plant Management Team.
• Strategic Business Partner
- Headcount Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting.
- Performance Management & People Improvement Plans.
- Talent Acquisition (White Collar & Blue Collar) + Management Positions.
- Rehab & Health talks and investigations to reduce short term sickness
- Global HR Processes (Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Management, Salary review, Compliance training, GDPR...)
•Operational Business Partner
- Employee HR-Support (First point of contact for 200 employees for the Stockholm-Märsta site).
- Daily HR- Support to supervisors, line managers in functional managers.
- Labor Law & Union Negotiations according to Swedish labor law & collective agreements.
- Driving and assisting the Plant Management Team in disciplinary talks and Personal Improvement actions.
- Driving and updating internal HR policies & procedures, aligning with Global HR Requirements and procedures.
- Monthly HR Reporting to Plant Manager & Manager above
- HR Reporting to relevant authorities
