• Contribute to the creation and operational implementation of the local HR action plan and aligning with GLOBAL HR-Requirement from our Head Quarters

Deputy Unit Head

The County of Stockholm have outsourced the home care to external providers. As the deputy head of one of these providers I both worked as an Account Manager and a line manager, responsible for time reporting, people management, daily schedules and being the direct supervisor for our employees and daily contact with the authorities. In the absence of the Unit Head I was responsible for both the strategic and operational businesses.
