The HR-Partner is responsible for all HR-related topics and is reporting directly to the Nordic Country Manager. The HR-Partner drives strategic HR forward, and is working very closely with the line managers with the operational HR from day to day. The HR-Partner is responsible for all labor law and work environment is being followed. The HR-Partner supports 65 employees and 15 managers. The HR-Partner handle recruitment, payroll, time reporting and salary review, appraisals and coordinating events.
