I have a genuine interest of people, technique and economy. Both my present and previous roles has been about changes and development of business, products and organization. I am working in an international environment with a highly complex matrix organization with a combination of daily operational issues and strategic questions. I want to further develop my experience in international business environments, in combination with responsibility and ability to influence. I enjoy challenges and rather see problems as possibilities of enhancing our environment or products where I with my team can develop solutions to be more effective and increase both our internal and our customer satisfaction.

  • I'm operational responsible for delivering first class service and continuous operation for Infrastructure services and Application operation.
  • In my team I have 6 SAM/SDM located in Sweden, Czechoslovakia, Poland and Romania who are responsible for the local delivery teams.
  • This is a result of an outsourcing deal between Transportstyrelsen and IBM where IBM will have full end to end responsibility of all infrastructure and application support/operation and Datacenter.

Lead Service Delivery Manager for OpusCapita Nordic, Baltic and Poland

I'm responsible for 9 teams with 35 employees who are running the daily IT operation and application development/support in OpusCapita.

Environments are divided into 4 areas:

  • OBS who mainly is a large Printing Production.
  • F&A Finance and Accounting who is a scanning production and accounting processing.
  • AS Automated Solutions who is mainly handling large EDI productions.
  • IT&C Shared infrastructure and responsibility of Data Center.

As a result of a large outsource deal to IBM from Itella / OpusCapita we are now increasing our responsibilities and building up new delivery centres in Europe for Application Operation/Maintenance and Data Centre operation support.

  • Responsible for Nordic Wintel/Retail Front End operation, where I developed new processes and tools and setting up new KPIs in order to measure and follow up implemented changes in order to optimize our performance and cost control.

  • EMEA Technical leader for all support desks within IBM xSeries, this was a 2 year assignment in order to implement the new Lev 1 and Lev 2 support organisations in EMEA, this also included the development of creating new SLA/OLA and KPI’s in order to measure and standardise all support delivered within the countries.

  • Implementing the new Level 2 support organisation for IBM xSeries within EMEA and driving an efficiency program in order to manage the increased volumes and increasing customer sat.

  • Trygg Hansa: Responsible for all Trygg-Hansa infrastructure and maintenance support in Sweden, this was based on Cisco equipment.
  • ICA VoIP: Service Manager for installation and support of ICA’s 5.000 users using VoIP based on Cisco Call Manager and Netwise.
  • ICA Firewalls: Responsible that our team configure and install and support all firewalls in ICA’s stores based on Nokia and Checkpoint firewalls.
  • ICA Self Scanning: Responsible for IBM and IBM’s partner can support ICA’s stores back office systems and scanners where this now have become a very business critical system.
  • ICA Bank: Be part of the design team to design and implement ICA Bank and its databases based on Microsoft cluster technology and IBM xSeries Storage solution.
  • Spintab/Spadab: Design and implementation of storage solutions in order to make sure total up time and load can support their stock market and transactions.
  • Swedish Radio: Be part of the design team and implement a new server and storage solution for live radio working 24/7/365.
