Assisting senior employees or supervisors in preparing reports and briefings for superiors on issues related to significant security incidents such as bomb threats, on-board disturbances, security access control events, airport screening operations, airport statistical data, and inspection and law enforcement activities.
Maintaining working relationships with other related entities throughout TSA including headquarters and other airport operations.
Assisting in the coordination and distribution of communications and special operations events which include, but are not limited to, screening tests, Aviation Direct Access Screening Program (ADASP), media events, screening exemptions, and special events screening.
Receiving calls from other TSA entities, airlines, airport authorities, Federal, and local agencies, the media, and the general public. The purpose and extent of each contact may be different requiring the identification of the role and authority of the party and determination of the best resource for response. Calls which cannot be addressed are referred to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Participating as a team member to assist in the planning, development and coordination of portions of the Continuity of Operations Program (COOP) for airport operations.
Assisting in the evaluation of crisis management plans in support of the continuation of essential functions and key personnel, vital records/data, logistics, and telecommunications support.
Assisting in COOP emergency operations which may involve natural disasters, military or terrorist attacks, technological emergencies, or other emergencies that may seriously degrade or threaten the national security of the United States.
Coordinating and tracking the readiness status, maintenance, and distribution of technical equipment and government property within airport operations.

This is a front-line sales position in the consumer cards sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through selling of our cards and products through [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales]
Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation
Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self generated leads
Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
Set appointments, listen to customer needs and sell most appropriate product
Researches and understands prospects before making the call
Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly
Be the interface between Amex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues
Keep up-to-date on products and competition
Attend and participate in regular staff meetings
Engages in regular portfolio planning to determine areas of focus & project accurate full year forecasts
Attend relevant industry and partner conferences, tradeshows and networking events
Ensuring all performance standards are met business targets, controls and compliance
