CRHLP is a confederation of all HR Portuguese Speaking Associations. My job is to develop and sustain a communication strategy with all different associations.
Developed all People Management procedures focused in a 4 step model - Recruitment, Integration, Training & Performance. Coordinated a team of 3 people in a company with more than 250 employees.
CEGOC was the first training company to operate in Portugal but had a large decrease in notoriety and my job was to elevate it and increment Top of Mind. Final goal was to increase sales. Created and managed Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Google+, YouTube through Hootsuite.
Developed all the Human Resources policies, administrative and strategic. Recruitment, Integration, Training, Performance Reviews, Work Environment Reviews. Was also responsible for the administrative components of the Salary process.
