Worked as a Design Engineer and taken part in the design, development and detailing of Automotive, Aerospace components for OEMs by using 3D Modeling software CATIA V5.

Design and detailing of gas turbine engine components. Conceptual design of ground handling wheels for taxing of light utility Helicopter.

Conceptual design of enclosures for digital flight control systems. Nuclear reactor tube routing by using CATIA V5 tubing work bench.

Seamless steel tubes are produced by extruding steel billets through heating and elongation process.Inspection of seamless tubes as per manufacturing requirements.

Coordinated in drum lifting, hydro testing, light-up and synchronization which are considered as the milestones of Boiler power plant projects.

Taken part in design review meetings and project reviews with internal departments. Issuing work order to the concerned departments as per the requirement.

Follow-up to vendor areas for inspection of pressure parts such headers, steam panels and other non-pressure parts like wind box, columns.
