Operational "rescue" Missions

In many occasion I have been sollicitated to be sent on projects facing difficulties in order to identify and implement remadil actions to recobver the situation. Missions such as conciliation in Eire, formalizaton of the feed-back related to engineering and procurement issues in Jordan and USA and Transition Management in Canada have been the most representative ones I recently performed.

Project Planning and Cost Control

In two occasions I have been charged to create a Department for the planning eand Cost Control of constrction prject in Spain. This supposed very convincing actions to have the new procedures adopted by the site responsibles. All supporting document for follow up and reporting purposes have been part of my responsabilities.

Construction Project Management

I have been involved in many construction project (Building and Civil Works), in France, in the Middle East, In Europe and in Africa. I have a good practice of Contract management as well as operational Management. I have been in charge of multi dsciplinary teams with a large autonmy actions.
