The Malvern Central store, is the first village format store in Victoria and is especially designed to cater to the everyday needs of customers in the area by offering customer service excellence, quality brands across the most popular categories in a more contemporary environment.

- Responsible for KPI's of sales, salaries, stock-loss, inventory management, merchandising and customer service across not only the shoes, accessories, childrenswear and toys department but across the store.

- Responsible for a front-line team of 20, and a wider store team of 150+ employees.

- Providing teams with coaching and development to inspire greater results and to deliver exceptional customer service experiences; not only to our customers but also to our suppliers and colleagues.

- Forecasting and analysing trend to improve growth opportunities within the shoes, accessories, childrenswear and toys department.
