  • Management of in-house Creative Services for corporate office and 38 properties nationwide
  • Sole designer for Delta’s 5-year Strategic Plan and active involvement in roll-out to hotels
  • Key contributor in brand relaunch:
    • “Expect Even More®” campaign commericals, vignettes and collateral
    • Assisting in website redesign to increase digital presence in display, search and  mobile
    • New Brand Style Guide including merchandising and sub-brand programs
    • Major contributor to Mobile App user-interface design and usability testing
    • Creation of microsite housing all branding resources and on-brand hotel packages (Digital Letterhead, Hotel Branded PPT templates, Media Kits, Digital Sales Brochures & Sales PPTs)
  • Creation of Delta brand training materials to align with new brand vision, mission and values
  • Re-aligning of all company policies, procedures and standards with new brand repositioning
