  • Led team of HRIS professionals through a multi-million dollar upgrade of PeopleSoft HR applications from 8.8 to 8.9.Project executed on-time and within budget, with 10 % decrease from previous upgrade of post go live issues.
  • Created and implemented a central repository for information sharing, best practice tracking for business unit human resources coordinators (HRIS Community Network).
