- Directed work to meet staffing diversity initiatives by creating programming that offered development, recruitment and networking.Created an employer value proposition approach that resulted in two key executive hires building on employer of choice campaign.
- Developed the framework and approach on multiple initiatives that supported the National Diversity Advisory Board.Gained executive level approval for implementation of framework and approach to priorities by establishing a business case and messaging to gain company wide support.
- Created, launched and analyzed survey results to develop strategy to align programs with Pepsi’s employer of choice campaign. Generated surveys with a 98% response rate and presented findings to senior leadership.
- Developed recommendations to improve career development opportunities, succession planning and increase performance incentives to address retention concerns and emerging trends in multi-generational workforces.Measured success through annual employee insight surveys to determine organizational impact of diversity and inclusion programs.
- Served as Co-Chair for the Black Professional Resource Network (BPRN). Developed annual operating plan, managed budget and vendor selection for special events. Collaborated with executive sponsors of the HQ BPRN Group to coordinate and execute on initiatives and events including, planning, coordinating and delivering programs on networking, career development (Value on Demand).
- Provided oversight to five headquarter-based employee resource groups including budgeting, planning, execution and HR policy compliance.Approved annual operating plans and tracked employee resource group’s impact through surveys and counseled leaders on benchmarked industry trends.
- Planned, coordinated and executed annual affinity based conference participation.Created employer branding campaign yielding in increased traffic to conference booth and 50% increase of resumes posted to the Pepsi recruitment website.
- Provided consultation to business unit HR management on outreach strategy and development of diversity action plans. Supported VP of Diversity to monitor and report diversity statistics to leadership on a quarterly basis.
- Managed over 250K in scholarship program funds offered by the PBG and PepsiCo foundations.Collaborated with business units and provided 100+ scholarships with an 85% renewal of recipients.
