Within seven months; I increased the annual premier Flex Conference net revenue by 85% through increased exhibitor sales and sponsorship's, contract negotiations and financial management and have maintained fiscal levels for five years.

Falmouth Chamber of Commerce

A business trade organization focused on community and economic development for the town of Falmouth, MA.

Led nonprofit Chamber of Commerce through a leadership transition, ensuring the success of all program activities, initiatives and events; overseeing the budget and direction of the 700-member organization, and directing a team focused on exemplary member service.

Initially hired as the VP of Tourism, I was responsible for marketing tourism for the town of Falmouth. I developed a Tourism Film Task Force capitalizing on state and regional activities in the film industry, which resulted as an economic development/tourism initiative, creating a partnership and collaboration between the Town of Falmouth and the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce.



Chameleon Enterprises, Inc. dba Spa Chameleon

A day spa, wellness center and online wellness store utilizing ecologically friendly business practices.

Founder and financier of wellness center; selection, acquisition, financing, FFE design input. Obtained a California professional license for SBA requirements, completing 600 hours of related coursework.

Developed broad based marketing, media and fulfillment strategies including brand imagery, web presence, e-commerce, collateral and key message development delivered through multiple channels that included online and traditional advertising, press media and marketplace trade shows.



Fabiano Electronics Communication, Inc.

Specialty contracting company specializing in telephone, cable, security and smart home automation systems.

Founded a for-profit California WBE S-Corporation that flourished under my leadership, as the Company grew from $300K in gross revenue to $1.5M annually.

Developed personnel policy and procedure manual, safety program, job descriptions, performance evaluations, bid procedures with profit formulas resulting in a strengthened workforce and sales and marketing methodologies.
