About Me

I am passionate about wellness and balanced living. I have independently studied various energy-healing modalities, nutrition and health, and enjoy learning about new subjects and expanding my current skill sets, I'll certainly am a student for life!

I have also always been an avid animal lover and have personally cared for a variety of animal specials from domestic to farm. Prior to obtaining my Business degree I studied Fine Art Illustration and love combining this passion within my daily work.

Blu Room Specialist/Business Marketing Assistant

Blu Room Wellness Center

Assisting with daily business and coordinating client scheduling for multiple therapists and services. Educating new customers on services offered at center. Maintaining social media sites and increasing online presence. Creation of graphics and flyers to promote events and services. Development of new programs, specials, building and maintaining professional referral contacts.  


Virtual Assistant/Scheduler

Milrich Associates, LLP.

Working virtual from home office for multiple clients. Establishing relationships with new and existing clients by means of email and direct via phone. Duties also include assisting Vice President with incoming emails and other assigned tasks such as creating email content, generating reports, editing files.  Office utilizes Google Suite applications daily (gmail, drive, docs, sheets, calendar and maps).  



Independent Contractor

Freelancing on a variety of projects. Including social media content creation and management, brand ambassador for trade shows, company events and promotional street teams.


Marketing and Development, LLC
Initially hired for position telemarketing to event and wedding consultants which further developing into a full-time marketing position upon completion of my BSBA. Managed all marketing aspects, creation of promotional material, implementing and maintaining social, email and other various online and print campaigns. Other duties included managing day-to-day activates including customer service/answering phones, supplies/equipment maintenance, preparing company financials/reports and ensuring overall organization. Worked remotely for the last 2 years employed with the company.

Appointment Setter

Lost Valley Lake Resort

Worked within a call center (5-10 employees) to schedule appointments for prospective new members at the resort. Cold calling as well as leads generated by the resort. Call center moved location I was working at shortly after starting and was unable to travel to new location.


Assistant Receptionist

Monarch Mortgage, INC.
Assistant Receptionist position included greeting clients, maintaining reception and lounge areas, screening and directing calls, as well as assisting loan officers as needed. Relocated to St. Louis to complete degree at UMSL.
