Designer & Marketing Coordinator

-Coordinating social media strategy to support the initiatives and goals of Bloom’s partner brands and organizations
-Planning, creating and scheduling of social media content using Ahalogy, Buffer, Latergramme, Hootsuite and IFTTT
-Gathering and analyzing social media analytics reports to check on the effectiveness of each social media channel and the performance of the post
-Designing digital and print marketing materials including emails, web banners, landing pages, printed sales material, print ads, digital ads, social posts etc.
-Lead the redesign of the Bloom.com homepage and supporting pages for improve user experience and functionality on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
-Supported the “Bloom In-profile Careers Tab” project by conceptualizing the layout, fields, and user experience for the new product. The new Careers tab feature contributed to a 15% increase in job post creation.
-Directed the overhaul and UX of the Bloom resume tool to include a Resume Center with access to support, export tools with improved functionality, templates and layouts to meet user needs, and the relocation of portfolio creation/editing for improved accessibility.
