• Lead market research and innovative product development process for Clarisonic Device Accessories as a new category to the brand to address consumer needs and gain incremental business.
•Perform markets and competitors analysis to assist operational and strategic decisions.
• Manage promo and new product launch programs from ideation to execution stages, bringing a keen sense of attention to detail. Worked directly with major retailers(Nordstrom, Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Dillard’s) to support merchandising and sales functions.
• Drive marketing collateral update and creation for different distribution channels with specific target audience (Retail and Professional Channel) to maintain strong brand awareness
• Collaborate cross functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Sales, Packaging, Digital Marketing and Clarisonic Professional teams to bring new launched products to live and remarket existing core products to create newness to brand with brand fundamentals
