Principal Administrative Associate II Supervision and coordination of clerical and administrative personnel assigned to the Complaint, Roll Call and Payroll Units. Assisting the Commanding Officer and Administrative Lieutenant in daily clerical and administrative duties of the command. Some of these duties involve scheduling, problem solving, handling written and verbal correspondence, notifications and maintaining various reports. I ensure personnel are abreast of department guidelines via formal or informal training. I also attend necessary meetings and training. Perform quarterly inspections to ensure accuracy of work performance. Annual evaluations of assigned personnel.
