As a creative and driven Human Resources expert, I have experience working with regional and transnational companies. I am capable of working closely with senior leaders and successfully aligning their key objectives with HR agenda. My particular expertise lies in delivering efficient strategies that provide added value and support overall aims of the organizations. In my career path, I have also worked alongside NGOs such as Catholic Charities, and educational institutions to support immigration projects, which entailed supporting immigrants in the US and their families in marginalized villages in Mexico. This trajectory has inspired me to be always actively involved in all aspects of a project life cycle and work hard to deliver positive outcomes.

  • Fully supporting business partner advising over 400 collaborators within the IT, HR Sales, and Corporate Affairs areas, regarding talent management, career & development, staffing, performance management, and training needs
  • Led and created a technological project where over 1,700 collaborators will gain access to a health app and will be part of the company’s Wellness Policy
  • Designed a sustainable organizational design to enable transfer of knowledge from baby boomers to millennials. Currently developing strategies to recruit and retain millennials by working alongside PepsiCo Campus Management
  • Using data analysis to influence the human capital agenda of VPs and Senior Directors and provided strategic projects on competency assessment and retention of key talent. In addition to leveraging Centers Officers Expertise (COE) technical expertise and provided guidance
