  • Investigate and resolve problems with all Returns, Refunds, Customer Complaints, and Personnel.
  • Increase store Sales Volume over every year, develop staff performance to improve service to implement "Great Customer Service", gained new clients, and retain customer base.
  • Managed four different locations. Mentored and trained four part-timers to Assistant Manager positions.
