Founding Executive and Chief Commercial Officer of three successive GSM operators in the Orascom Group, namely in Egypt, Algeria and Tunisia. Key leader in building these operations up to 2.5M subscribers and market leaders in each or their markets, some exceeding 60% market share.
Formulated and led strategy and motivated the entire commercial operation (1,200 staff) as well as the supporting operations to reach all target KPIs, world-class product and customer services and exceptional brand leadership.

·Executive Committee member, advising/developing all aspects of corporate policies;
·Led all corporate business development opportunities, including new product strategy and VAS;
·Day-to-day operations of Marketing, Sales, Communications and Corporate Strategy/Planning;
·Managing all sales channels, own-branded shops, product/services, pricing, promotions, branding, advertising/PR/Sponsorship, logistics/warehousing/delivery, short/long-term business plans;
·Grew brand to number one nationally (competing against Vodafone).
