Michael Zieglmeier’s career in information technology recruiting harkens back to his early interest in electronic technology. Michael Zieglmeier obtained a degree in the subject from NW Electronics Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota.After completing his studies, Michael Zieglmeier accepted a position as a Field Service Engineer with Digital Equipment Corporation in Minneapolis. Michael Zieglmeier climbed the ranks of the company, becoming a Customer Services Manager and then a District Services Sales Manager. In the last role, Michael Zieglmeier oversaw the $53 million sales revenue budget generated from the company’s operations in four states. Michael Zieglmeier also excelled in customer and employee relations.From Digital Equipment Corporation, Michael Zieglmeier moved to Tolman Fabricating, Inc., diversifying his business experiences and his skill set. As the Owner and Manager of the Orange City, Iowa firm, Michael Zieglmeier leveraged an aggressive marketing platform and innovative, diehard sales techniques to bolster dwindling revenues.When he departed from Tolman Fabricating, Inc., Michael Zieglmeier then founded Z-MAX Services, Inc.. During Michael Zieglmeier’s term as President, Z-MAX worked with clients including an international personal care products concern, a mortgage company based out of Minneapolis/St. Paul, and a technology company.Michael Zieglmeier transitioned to Fox Technical Services in 2001, where he successfully placed professionals ranging from Business Analysts to Senior Software Architects. Michael Zieglmeier has coached candidates for interviews and maintains a thorough knowledge of IT, software development, telecommunications, and emergent computer technologies.
