Over -time, built and maintained a strong and broad based network of relationships from varied groups of clients, work colleagues and friends from university, sport and children’s activities. I work on developing a close working relationship that includes interests and activities outside the vendor / client relationship.
A successful track record in both focusing on growing existing clients as much as winning new logo clients. I maintain access to Industry information via the BRW top 2000, ASX information that includes Industry data as well as Corporate Annual Reports, Broker reports and analysis as well as information such as the Eureka Report. I am also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors that provides a number of reports as well as speaker lunches on current events.
Leadership and Management
I have lead deal teams that have achieved successful outcomes. This has required a variety of management styles ranging from establishing and agreeing strategy, delegating responsibilities and deliverables, budget and reporting control, maintaining communications as well as motivating and coaching.
