Drives the strategy and manages the Inbound Call-Center, Training, and Recruiting divisions for NTI, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Americans with Disabilities and Veterans back into the workplace. Supports the growth strategy, leverage the talent and commitment of the people and create a resilient, performance-driven culture able to proactively navigate an ever-changing environment. • Devises the human capital development strategy by designing, developing and analyzing the implementation of a systematic human capital talent development strategy in collaboration with clients. • Communicate the benefits of being a learning organization with a focus on talent development, progress toward operating goals, and the impact of accomplishments on the enterprise. • Leads, participates, and supports critical strategic, cross-functional Human Resource Talent Development initiatives. • Develops organizational leaders by creating, leading, participating in, and supporting development strategies to target, enhance, and leverage opportunities to facilitate the selection of new leaders and improve their effectiveness. • Creates a learning culture through the purpose, vision, and operational goals by collaborating with Directors, COO, and various divisions in working toward the business purpose, 3-5 year vision, and operating goals linked to NTI. • Supports lines of business by providing input to the thought and operational leadership for the development and implementation of company-wide talent management strategy, talent management systems/programs and other organizational initiatives designed to build a pipeline of talent. • Drives core, common and consistent practices throughout the business where appropriate. • Serves as a strategic business partner to clients and the line management organization, enhancing Talent Acquisition strategies and processes designed to recruit the very best forward-thinking talent in the business globally.
