Michael Ready Treanor, a New Jersey real estate executive with a background in law, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of AMZ Holdings plc. The company, which is based on the Isle of Man, raises capital for the development of property in Taiwan. Since beginning his tenure at AMZ Holdings plc, Michael Ready Treanor has greatly increased his network of professional contacts in both Asia and England. Formerly, Treanor held the position of Managing Member of Concorde Capital, LLC. As Managing Member for four years, the executive acquired and sold hotel and casino properties in Las Vegas and Miami Beach. One of his most notable achievements was the acquisition, conversion, and sale of Miami Beach’s Tides Hotel.Prior to this role, he was a Principal and Limited Partner with New York-based Fremont Realty Capital L.P., Michael Ready Treanor provided his expertise to the firm’s merchant banking sector. His team, which raised over $700 million, managed investments in Boston, San Juan, Memphis, and New Jersey. He previously held the roles of Vice President of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., and Associate Attorney at the Wall Street firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft. In 1988, Treanor began his career as an Assistant Treasurer at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Treanor is an alumnus of the Fordham University School of Law in New York. Before earning his Juris Doctor from this college, he received a Bachelor of Arts from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.In his spare time, he enjoys playing competitive singles and doubles squash. Actively involved in charitable pursuits, Treanor has provided pro bono legal representation for New Jersey Legal Services.
