Engaged directly with customers in an inside-sales role, identifying printing & marketing needs. As General Manager, I was responsible for all operations within the company including sales, production, estimating, customer service, job scheduling, purchasing and more. Worked directly with ownership in all aspects of the business including personnel decisions and overall direction of the company. Established and nurtured relationships with our top accounts, building business and finding ways to solve problems and get them what they need.

As a Graphic Designer and Account Executive, my duties centered around production, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with top clients. My proficient technical skills combined with my ability to connect with clients, talk with them and understand their needs made me a very effective asset to the company.

Highlights:

  • Recognized in 2001 as "Top 3 Printer in Dane County" by InBusiness Magazine (Madison, WI) despite being one of the smallest companies in the area
