Work History
2005 - 2012

Customer Service Representative / Website Coordinator

A. M. Ingredients / Chocolate FX

As a customer service representative I was in some ways the "face" of the company as I interacted daily with customers. I also provided oversight to corporate website development for AMI's sister company, Chocolate FX. In that role I acted as project manager and content editor and worked to identify goals and focus the message to ultimately drive sales.

Served as a Customer Service Representative for Taylor Transport (sub-contracted by A. M. Ingredients but no longer in business) from 2002 to 2005.

Duties for both companies included LTL (less than truck-load) services throughout the Golden Horseshoe including the GTA, Quebec (including Montreal and surrounding communities), Ottawa, Prince Edward County, the Niagara Region, and Essex County. Freight typically included wholesale food and wine ingredients, and finished chocolate products.

Currently on temporary assignment with A.M. Ingredients and Chocolate FX.
