Summary

I worked in the broadcast television industry for many years. My experience has covered a lot of ground ranging from Senior Video Technician responsible for setting up and monitoring audio and video on remote and studio productions, to Technical Director of Digital Media responsible for file input/output functions for the entire facility. I was also heavily involved in making the DVD technology possible in this area of the country during its introduction, and was one of the first fifteen in the world to master DVD content. Always hungry for knowledge, I gained System Administrator and IT experience during that time as well. I helped manage the company's servers, Windows and Macintosh desktops, manage Active Directory and Exchange users and groups, as well as network troubleshooting. Now, working in higher education, I am utilizing my IT and broadcast skills to support an entire campus.
