  • Through current project implementations, over 10,000 work hours and $1,750,000 have been saved.
  • Converted over 20 paper processes into streamlined enterprise wide web based solutions. Evaluated current paper processes, applied lean and six sigma methodologies, created a new streamlined solution, developed technical requirements and specifications, and implemented the solution to meet the customers needs.  Post solution duties included training material and classes delivered to all users.
  • Conceptualized and designed an individual productivity site for all county employees.  The web-based site, accessible not only as an intranet application but also on a web-facing server. The application provides a customized one stop shop for each employee, giving them the tools they necessary to complete their daily tasks more efficiently.
  • Organized and developed a countywide policies and procedures quality manual.  A web based workspace and library was created to, provide the creation, approval, automated template and formatting application, and publishing of all county policies and procedures.  The ISO formatting and structure was applied to all policies and procedures and were combined to create an industry standard quality manual for the county.
  • Made the county compliant with current credit card processing standards (PCI-DSS). Evaluated current county state of compliance, created credit card compliance policy, administered changes to out of compliant departments, answered and submitted attestation of compliance, gained certification of compliance for Gwinnett County.
  • Executed the implementation of the SAP Travel Management Module.  Managed project life-cycle, applied custom county requirements, created workflow requirements, revised county travel policy. Developed and tested user friendly web GUI application with SAP interface. Provided County wide training material and instruction with phased rollout.
