►Instrumental in the creation of Samsung’s presence on the Sprint LTE network.

►Under impossible deadlines, prevailed on a massive 3 year project within 18 months.

UMB Financial

Supported ATM network and general network infrastructure for nationwide financial institution.

►Subject Matter Expert on support of $42M ATM network infrastructure for over 300                         branch/retail locations.

►Utilizing alternative equipment, saves $50K in costs, while providing enhanced telephony      service.

►Drove core enhancements that improved network latency by 90%, contributing to a                  99.999% up-time, equivalent to a mere 15 minutes per year.

►Discovered system failure and worked with Verizon to utilize different circuitry to ensure            seamless traffic over critical network.

Integral in the birth of cellular data, a major contributor responsible for turn-up, troubleshooting,
maintenance, upgrades and design of 2G and 3G network schemes.

►Replaced outside vendor for platform support, slashing $12M over three years.

►A 3-time Excellence Award winner for exemplary service in the deployment of 2G and 3G          data networks.

►During network transition, responsible for a 33% drop in equipment costs, an $8M                      savings.

►Also a 7-time winner of Community Relations award for outstanding community service,           leading a team of up to 20 employees.

►During Hurricane Katrina, indispensable in switching from New Orleans to Ft. Worth data        center, instantly and seamlessly saving over 500K data calls and potentially millions of            rescue and emergency calls.

►During the 9/11 attacks, supported FBI in identifying terrorist activity.
