Daily interaction with customers, vendors, installers, in-store associates, and trucking/shipping companies via in-person, email, or telephone, to ensure that excellent customer service is achieved.
Support complete customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate fulfillment of all special orders, or re-orders concerning installation projects from the initial sale through project completion. This proactive contact helps minimize customer calls with questions and/or concerns.
