Michael Hummer

• I worked side by side with a wide variety of different ages and ethnic backgrounds, and learned how to work efficiently with them. 
• I was summer help so they moved me around a lot, meaning that I had to adapt to new situations and responsibilities almost once a week. I embraced the challenge and learned everything thing I could.
• When I was presented with different jobs that were asked of me and asked to stay over some days, I took all the opportunities and performed them at the best of my ability.
• We worked Monday through Saturday which I didn't miss one day or was never late in the summer that I worked their. 

• When working with customers I embraced the opportunity  to build trustful relationships with customers through multiple means of communication such as email or phone calls.
• As a former employee at Elmer's Body Shop I was tested on my ability to work efficiently and accurately in demanding situations.
• Working at Elmer's Body Shop I have adapted to every position my employer has placed me in, I learned to be a well rounded individual and pick up on things quickly.
