* Implement technical solutions to meet the business requirements of union, professional, college, MBA and Executive recruiting teams

* Develop technical requirements and configuration proposals for Taleo's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

* Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts for each ATS release
