Business Process Leadership

Developed two different reporting processes and schedules for The Hudson's Bay Company. Both were later adopted and used at a national level. These "live" end-user documents allowed for improved and more timely business information. This process resulted in improved and more indepth store business reviews, more easily identified business opportunities, more focused action planning and Sales Manager level coaching plans to be established.
