I am an experienced 1st Line Support Technician; I have a problem solving nature and practical approach which has given me the opportunity to work in a variety of job roles which include Accountant Assistant, 1st Line Support Technician and Service Desk Technician. All job roles have given me new skills and have utilised my skills I already have. Working in Accounting has given the ability to have a meticulous attention to detail; working in IT has given me the skill of being a problem solver, whilst working as a Service Desk Technician on the other hand, has given me more self-belief and team working skills. All roles have strengthened me in terms of ability and knowledge. I am now currently seeking a new challenge which will utilise my meticulous attention to detail, team working skills, and friendly, professional manner.
I am now looking for a 1 - 2 Months Contracted 1st Line Support Engineer/ Helpdesk position, where I can further enhance my skills gained from my experience working in IT and Accounting.
