The Head of Digital & Innovation is the senior executive accountable for providing 'deep and broad technical' leadership to the Group in relation to Digital Enablement for BOQ.
The Q-Digital function is at the centre of creating the digital ecosystem for the changing expectations of the banks customers and aspirations of the business. I have responsibility for Digital Enterprise Services covering the Digital Disruption Team ([email protected]), the Digital Governance of Innovation Model, management of the Networked Innovation Hub, Digital Enterprise Asset Management, Digital Niche, Startup & FinTech Partnerships Management, Innovation Culture Champion, Digital Workspace Strategy, Q-Lab Management and Board, Executive and Management Digital Literacy.
Leading the Q-Digital function, I provide strategic and technical leadership to the BOQ Group and identify innovative solutions & pathways to enable BOQ to deliver on its Digital aspirations.
The role leads the people, process, governance and technical strategy to enable organisational enterprise digital agility and flexibility, to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the business landscape that create sustainable value for BOQ. I also ensure that BOQ's digital architecture and operating model is designed to be agile, flexible, scalable, efficient, and resilient.
Working closely with the Executive Committee, Corporate Divisions and Strategic Partners, I lead the transformation of BOQ's digital banking approach to ensure that our customers continue to love banking with us. I provide a 'deep and broad technical' leadership to the Group in relation to Digital Enablement for BOQ.
