Group Head of Digital Strategy, Creative Services and Edge Labs
As Group Head of Digital, Creative Services and Edge Labs I am helping IAG build digital eco-systems that put customers, partners and employee’s needs at the heart of everything we do. This means enabling IAG to meet and exceed the changing expectations of our customers, partners, shareholders and colleagues and respond to digitally driven disruptive transformation and the accelerating pace of change to deliver value. A key goal is to increase digital literacy across the organisation and to drive thought leadership of innovation opportunities including in adjacent and new frontier businesses.
Wearing many hats, including strategist, evangelist, innovator, designer, ambassador, coach and educator I:
1. Lead the development and implementation of IAG’s Digital Strategy, lean design team, digital talent development and digital-ready cultural change program, integrating them into IAG’s broader business and IT strategy.
2. Lead the development of, management, co-ordination and orchestration of the IAG Ideas Lab
3. Create new IAG Digital Ecosystems
4. Facilitate and lead end-to-end digital innovation opportunities
5. Lead the Digital Teams providing enterprise digital capabilities throughout IAG
