Conduct security and law and order operations. Preserve community law and order through community outreach programs, patrolling and securing critical resources. Administering, training, certifying and resourcing police forces to national standards for regional and international peacekeeping in accordance with established public laws, the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the Geneva Conventions.

· Certified 30 police officers as Special Reaction Team (SRT) members and 21 police officers as SRT Sniper Team members, forming Fort Riley’s Emergency Services Lethal Response Force after a 10 year absence.

·Established the annual Fort Riley National Night Out Against Crime by bringing together military and local civilian community leaders to take a stand against neighborhood crime resulting in greater community pride and cooperation in the Fort Riley and Geary County area.

·Organizer and supervisor of the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE), Gang Resistance Education and Training (GREAT), and School Resource Officer programs at Fort Riley schools.

· International multi-cultural experiences through two deployments to Iraq rebuilding police forces and providing security to combined multi-national forces and local citizens.
