Practice lead responsible for various firm initiatives in both the SAP and systems-agnostic Manufacturing & Logistics space. These responsibilities include:

  • Development of SCM Assessment framework and facilitation methodologies. This includes defining assessment timeline, resources, workshop schedules; producing deliverable documentation (detailed representation of business processes, flowcharts and recommendations). These templates and assets are then instituted into our go-to-market tools & resources repository
  • Lead RFP efforts for new project opportunities that are related to SAP SCM applications - ECC modules (PP, PP-PI, WM, Shipping, Transportation), SCM        (APO, EWM, TM, GTS) and supporting technologies (RF, WCU, WES, MES). This includes identifying internal team structure, management and delivery of RFP content and orals. Organize and facilitate initial "discover sessions" with client with responsibility for follow up and scheduling of activities/deliverables.
  • Pre-Sales SCM lead that is invited to present "next step" opportunities for current SAP SCM clients during a sales cycle. This includes defining current state SAP business processes, challenges and opportunities; building out "next phase" logistics roadmap; build change management structure, business case and communication plan; produce ROM estimates for budgetary discussions. Responsible for defining an overall solution, providing estimation data, and recommending/positioning the SAP solution(s) for their business.
  • Responsible in maintaining knowledge of SAP SCM upgrades, versions and functionality enhancements. Also includes understanding of 3rd party applications that integrate and support SAP functionalities (e.g. voice technologies, AS/AR systems, load optimization, rate shopping tools, MES, labeling/barcoding technologies)
