For over 20 years I've been leading teams on driving sales growth directly with customers or through partnerships and BD activities.  More recently my responsibilities have broadened considerably while still drawing upon my past expertise; I've launched new products & customer experiences, opened new buyer markets, and lead merchandising teams to increase buyer engagement and gross merchandise volume.  I thrive on engaging customers: buyers, sellers, advertisers or partners - internal and external.  Remotely based, I am adept at building strong relationships with leaders and peers and feel strongly about the continued education, development and engagement of my direct staff.

Build and manage a strong, geographically dispersed team driving seller engagement, delivering promotions, curated merchandise, deals and flash sales across multiple product categories (fashion, electronics, home & garden) and aligned to regional retail calendars.  Launched global deals and events / category experiences in Jan 2013 in English and Russian, expanding in 2014 to support Chinese, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil).  This $175M+ piece of the business drives the majority of promotional merchandising across the eBay global buying platform.

Lead NA, APAC & EU seller engagement to seize the opportunity in BRC/emerging markets through eBay's global marketplace site. Partner with product, marketing and CS teams to launch site features which increase inventory selection, reduce friction for cross-border trade and enable a localized/ translated eBay experience for customers. Provide business requirements and project management, working closely with product, to test and launch the Global Deals platform enabling buyers in emerging markets to access and buy deals from eBay's global seller community.
