- CEO & CAO for council-manager form of government - Town of aproximately 13000 residents - Established 1767 - Report to Town Council of 7 - 13 Direct reports - 63.5 FTE - 37.5 million dollar annual budget - Full service community including: Public Works, Social Services, Police Department, Town Clerk, Library, Senior Services,Volunteer Fire Department, Parks and Rec. WPCA and Building &Planning Accomplishments: - S&P Bond Rating increase to AA+. - Over 1 million dollars in grants. - Passage of Blight ordinance, C-PACE ordinance, CRRA Contract, Agricultural Commission, Business Tax Incentive Ordinance. - Implementation of EV Charging station in Village Center. - Development & Implementation of performance evaluation system. -Development and Implementation of carrier development program. - Development and Implementation of merit based compensation system. -Led redevelopment of online and hard copy branding. -Negotiated and developed tax abatement allowing for 71 acre mixed use development. -In collaboration with local developers worked to redevelop blighted village center.
