Based on a prior affiliation, I was invited to return to Noble Roman's in a sales capacity with a new division of the company focused on the ever popular Take N Bake segment of the pizza industry. I developed the sales protocols, lead generation program and had total responsibility of the sales cycle from beginning to franchise agreement. I sold 30+ franchises during my employment with Noble Roman's.

Cartridge Elite

Cartridge Elite was originally a Caboodle Cartridge Franchisee. The majority of franchisees struck deals to leave the franchisor and become independent merchants. Cartridge Elite specialized in re-manufactured toner cartridges which were half the cost of OEM brands.A great deal of the prospects we called on had a poor opinion of re-manufactured cartridges.It was my job to demonstrate the quality, reliability and cost benefits of our products. Through research and trial and error, I positioned our company in the SMB market and dealt with the business owners who appreciated the savings. I was also fortunate to land the largest title company in California which had 119 branches. For three years, Cartridge Elite was one of the largest wholesale clients of a major toner manufacture in Southern California. We excelled at providing exceptional customer service.

Engajer was a start-up interactive email based video product which allowed customers to tell their story through, easily navigated, short video modules. As director of sales I was responsible for acquiring clients via phone, tradeshows and client education. I was able to secure clients in software, IT and the educational markets.
