Duo Security is an early stage cloud security company with an award winning SaaS product for two factor authentication. While there I developed a strategy for expanding existing and new partner and reseller channels while at the same time selling a new product offering into key accounts such as the state of Michigan for their statewide identity and access management offering.

Program Director and Senior Account Executive

Blazent, Inc.

Blazent developed a SaaS offering for tracking and validating expensive IT assets such as servers, PCs and network devices. 

As a Senior Account Executive responsible for an enormous region, I lead sales cycles for the following new customers; Barclays Global Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lockheed Martin, Visa, Intuit, Pacific Life Insurance and Nielsen Media resulting in $6M+ in new SaaS business. 

As a Program Director I interfaced with global Infrastructure outsourcing service providers such as IBM, Dell and Perot Systems who leveraged the Blazent product offering to manager their large infrastructure outsourcing accounts.

VP of Strategic Alliances

Purisma, Inc | Acquired by D&B

As the VP of Strategic Alliances I developed sales activity through key Tier 1 enterprise software partners such as Business Objects, Teradata, D&B and Hyperion. Successful partnering activities lead to the acquisition of Purisma by D&B (Dun and Bradstreet). Purisma was subsequently sold by D&B to SAP.

As the Director of Business Development I was primarily responsible for the revenue associated with the largest client account (McKesson, Corp - Fortune 15). Oversaw the business side of an integration team of 14 engineers working full time on their pharmaceutical supply chain which carried over 80% of McKesson' s gross revenues of $90B+. The role required maintaining access to“ C” level executives within the Pharma Distribution Business unit.

Developed a partner oriented sales model by expanding global partnerships associated with Tier 1 Global telcos. International travel to EMEA and APAC regions was required to support partnerships with General Electric, Telcordia (formerly Bell Labs) and HP. The company was acquired by Syndesis where the product resides today.

As Director of OEM sales I worked with companies such as Motorola, and Siemens to roll out their partnerships. 10% of the company revenue at that time came through the Telco OEM channel.

As the Global ISV Alliance Manager I managed over 60 partnerships in the largest industry segment of the company (Telco).

I was the primary sales manager in a new territory selling software solutions for order provisioning and billing of behalf of new wire-line and DSL service providers. Efforts lead from $0 to over $10M annual run rate.
