Started with Salem Township as an EMT and quickly rose up to a leadership and training role. Developed and implemented a new employee orientation program. Revamped continuing education offerings by integrating eLearning and traditional formats. Managed CPR instructional staff, as well as public outreach education programs. Assumed overall leadership, responsible for overall management of a basic-advanced EMS provider organization, with a primary response area covering 35 square miles, and with 48 personnel, 5 instructors, and 4 supervisors.
