Handling real estate transactions from opening to close. Formulating closing statements, processing loan documents, corresponding and marketing to real estate professionals and the general public including the creation of a general marketing strategy and materials. Hired as a simple processor and was promoted after two months to spearhead creation of the Indian Wells, West Coast Escrow branch along with the escrow officer in December 2012. We were able to take the office from its inception to profitability in only one year, and had an even more profitable 2014 doubling our production from 2013 and had a great year in 2015.
In addition to all of the above-mentioned real estate functions, out of over 500 agents, our team maintained a top 10 ranking within the entire company for sales volume every year I was a part of the team. I personally maintained the #1 ranking on our team for 3 out of the 5 years for sales volume. Also managed rental property including leasing, marketing, obtaining tenants, scheduling maintenance.
In addition to all functions of real estate transactions, performed asset management and sales for a real estate investor including management of 50+ individual residential properties including writing and negotiating leases, scheduling maintenance, collection of rent, marketing of properties and obtaining new tenants.
