Own Property Management relationships post location opening. Align with retail operations leadership to ensure cafes are supported and successfully preserving our brand in everyday operations.  Implement new programs and initiatives to further preserve our growing fleet and aging locations.  Centralize and improve communication channels while creating policy and standards fit for rapid growth.

Daily oversight of food and beverage programs including vendor relations, quality control, cost containment and inventory management for on-site catering, beverages, and snacks. Worked closely with Construction & Design team, general contractors and sub contractors on build outs of Global offices. Review design and layout submittals, RFI's, RFP's and PO's to ensure all foodservice areas meet the standards for Twitter while adhering to budget and build-out timeline. Support internal events and special events including scheduling, location, food, and support services. Work with F&B vendors to manage, track and report on energy efficiency, waste reduction and recycling programs. Manage and administrate transportation programs including parking and shuttle programs. Ensure that building maintenance and equipment repair work receives prompt attention from building engineers and technicians to minimize service interruptions.

Procure food and supplies for one of the largest commercial kitchens in San Francisco, providing at-home meals to individuals with HIV/AIDS, seniors and the homebound and critically ill. Research product sources, prepare price analyses and comparisons, and negotiate contracts to obtain best products at lowest prices to ensure that our $3. 5 million annual food and packaging budget is allocated efficiently and effectively. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors to assure continued supply of inventory. Supervision of receiving staff, purchasing agent and food service coordinator. Including training, day-to-day oversight, and continuous communications. Improved efficiency by evaluating and revising procedures, allowing the organization to accommodate increasing client base, increases in food prices and reduced budgets. 


Board building technician - Burton Snowboards Manufacturing Center     Summer 2004

Member of the wet grind department.  Facilitated final preparation of hand built snowboards for Quality Control and packaging.  Worked closely with members of all departments and engineers to further understand all aspects of board production, research and development and facility management.
