Managed a central team of four direct and four distribution operations indirect reports to manage the production, delivery  and implementation of long, medium and short term production & resource plans for Distribution Services (Three UK distribution centres and two in Europe) to meet business 150 million unit production volumes and business critical merchandising strategies within budget. Project managed process change initiatives, managing cross functional work stream leaders.  Allocation management of inbound merchandise both domestic and imports to the correct distribution centres maximising efficiencies and capacities. Managed non-stock assets of £8 million and budgets of £1 million. Responsible for delivering the planning strategy to optimise production volumes across the network against plan. Effective and timely communication to the business and executive stakeholders of up to date production progress against volume requirements.
