Epic Anesthesia Instructional Designer

Developed the structure and content of training documentation for the EPIC implementation. Designed and delivered technical training to groups with a wide range of abilities (in person and web based). Designed and developed training manuals, reference materials, job aids and evaluation tools, including exercises, workbooks, scripts, and computer/web-based training in collaboration with technical developers, training leads and subject matter experts.
