Executive Summary

During the past 20 years of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious educators, designers, builders, and developers in the country.  This experience has positioned me as a leader in Pre-Construction Management from project scope development to the completion of bid documents for any size project, ensuring project success.

By acting as a necessary liaison for the owner/client/developer between the architectural/engineering team and the general contractor, I will coordinate everything from the initial creation of the project schedule to reviewing all construction documents for constructibility issues/concerns, scope/budget conformance, and overall bid-ready completion.
