I help individuals who are facing various barriers in obtaining meaningful employment. These barriers can include lack of skills, experience and/or education. Other barriers may include age discrimination, criminal history, homelessness and many additional obstacles.

►Career One-Stop Centers
I worked with a small team of Career Managers and Job Developers to establish a new One-Stop Career Center, located inside of the Berkeley Adult School in Berkeley, CA.

I also worked with Careersource Tampa Bay, as a Trainer and Facilitator, delivering Employability Skills Workshops and as a host on the Job Hunting 101 video series.

►Career and Workforce Education
As a researcher, my focus is working with individuals who are underserved and underrepresented in the areas of education and employment, along with working with organizations that strive to shatter education, workforce and economic barriers within our communities.

►Adult Education
Work with adults and young adults who are pursuing a GED and adults, including TABE and CASAS assessments.
