Rosatis Frozen Custard
I have been employed at Rosatis Frozen Custard for almost five years and this season will be my third year as a manager. As one of the managers of the Twinsburg location I am in charge of opening/closing the store depending on the schedule. For opening hours I put together the machines and make the flavors of custard as well as taking customers orders and giving tasks for the other employees working. For closing hours the same jobs are required as well as cleaning up at the end of the night, counting and sorting the cash registers, and locking the store up.
