Assisted developers and web producers in developing both internal and external SharePoint web sites, portals, collaboration sites and applications. Worked with internal clients to understand business processes and developed solutions using out-of-the-box custom SharePoint applications and then trained users to use the applications.

Results: SharePoint Intranet created that reduced customer complaints by 90 % and enhanced ministry-wide productivity through a single depository broadcast list using a calendar interface. Generated Research Center site which provided comprehensive news source information for our television and communication departments.

Built Human Resources site (Document library, Benefits sub-site, Staff Directory and Gallery), that improved ministry’s cohesiveness. In addition, I initiated a web domains list that assisted with budget expense forecasting.
