I provide thought leadership and strategic direction for products and initiatives and work with key stakeholders to create, foster and  assess technology strategy.  I have a great track record in recruiting and maintaining top-notch talent.

Studying and working with hundreds of companies uniquely enables me to distill the lessons learned. This experience helps to identify the hurdles that organizations face and create plans that enable success while mitigating risk. I have been fortunate to work with many outstanding executives and learning from them many tactics. One of the most important lessons learned is how to guide an organization with unique and diverse challenges to successfully implement a technology road-map.

There is no one size fits all solution the key is learning the people, processes and technologies then overlaying the data. This accompanied with an expert at providing thought leadership to create an actionable map that enables progress to build critical IT-enabled capabilities. Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for products, initiatives, and works with key stakeholders to assess technology strategy.
