·Established new KPIs and strategies including a new area vision. Defined and prioritized mid term goals and key activities for 2007. Developed a detailed action plan and established goals for 2008.

·Managed high labor turnover (25% in 3 months) by accelerating recruiting, organizational changes and promotions. Reorganized and rebuilt the area, delivering 2007 committed results.

·Prepared a Trade Compliance Master Plan and reviewed the Miami Hub logistics operations.

·Consolidated systems, procedures and KPIs. Integrated warehousing and distribution activities. No observations on SOX compliance audit.

·3 years in a row achieving materials cost savings ( 4% annual average ) and improving customer service levels ( from 97% to 99.2% annual average ).

·Implemented LOGILITY ( Forecasting ), MAPS (ERP) and MANUGISTICS ( Replenishment Supply ) as Supply Chain Project Sponsor.

·Six Sigma Champion for inventory and obsolescence reduction projects.

Supply Manager`s responsibilities include Procurement, Planning, Imports/Exports and Warehousing with annual purchases over US$30 MM, 1900 SKUs and 34 headcount.

·Implemented a Warehouse Management System at the Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Goods warehouses as Project Leader ( US$255 M capital asset – 3,500 storage locations )

·Managed Supply Chain Agreements with 6 international sources as part of the Demand Manager role.

·US$170 M annual savings achieved by developing new vendors for mail services and Customs brokerage.

·Implemented plans for reducing and maintaining inventory levels (25% turnover improvement in 12 months)

·Reduced backorders ( From 86 % to 97% Customer Service Level achieved in 12 months ), slow moving items and obsolescence.

·Implemented BPCS ( PUR and INV modules in 4 months ) and COMSHARE DECISION (Supply Chain Cube in 2 months) as Supply Chain Area Manager.
